Couples & Family Therapy

When what you mean to each other has changed, there is a way through.

Relationships hold seasons of change — grief, illness, parenthood, transition — that can reshape what you mean to one another. I offer a grounded, confidential space to make sense of it together.

What to expect

How couples therapy can help

Restore connection

Rebuild the sense of being heard and understood by one another, and find your way back to each other when distance has crept in.

Navigate grief and loss together

Relationships can be reshaped by grief, illness or change. I offer a held space to process what has happened as a couple, not apart.

Break unhelpful patterns

Notice and gently shift the repeating cycles of argument, withdrawal or avoidance that keep you stuck.

Communicate more honestly

Develop language for the difficult things — in a way that feels safe for both of you to speak and to hear.
