About

The work I do

For over fifteen years, I have supported people through trauma, burnout, loss and life transitions. As a registered psychotherapist and counsellor, my practice is dedicated to helping you understand what has happened within you and reconnect with a life that feels purposeful and authentic. Life’s challenges may shape your journey, but they do not define your destination. I am here to support you as you uncover your own strength and path forward.

My doctoral research explores the interplay between cultural background and social integration, specifically examining how cross-cultural dynamics shape a sense of belonging in contemporary Britain.

The areas I specialise in include: anxiety, depression, identity, self-esteem, existential issues, life transitions, connection in relationships, and work-life balance.

Approach

A grounded, more considered space for exploration.

Therapy moves at the pace that feels safe for you. These are the shape of the early conversations.

  1. 01

    Listening first

We begin with what has happened, and what it has cost. There is no rush to interpret.

  2. 02

    Making sense

Together we build language for what has been difficult to name — in the body, the mind, and in relationships.

  3. 03

    Rebuilding coherence

Slowly, a life that feels aligned with who you are now begins to take shape.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

Reaching out is the first step — and it can feel like the hardest. Tell me a little about what brings you here, and I will reply personally, usually within 48 hours.
